This hearing concerns a request submitted by Randall Walter regarding the property located at 508 Route 63, Westmoreland, NH 03467 (Map R11, Lot 1). The applicant is seeking a variance to allow for the installation of a small energy system within the MDR zoning district on a 17-acre parcel.
Westmoreland is beginning the process of a tax revaluation year. Throughout 2026 the Town's assessor will be visiting properties and updating tax cards as required by the State of NH.
